Although these are uncertain times, there is one thing we know for sure: import competition remains a threat to smaller manufacturers. Fortunately, GLTAAC continues to help import-challenged manufacturers in Indiana, Michigan, and Oho – just as we’ve done for 37 years via the federal TAAF program.

Our clients receive planning assistance and up to $75,000 in federal matching funds to implement projects they deem critical to their success.

If you know a manufacturer whose sales have been hurt by import competition, refer them to GLTAAC, and we’ll do the rest.  Want to learn more about the program? Here are some resources:

  • Read The American Mold Builder’s article, including a focus on GLTAAC client Michiana Global Mold (Mishawaka, IN).  “Working with the people at GLTAAC has been terrific,” states Eric Karaman, President/COO.  You can share the article at this link.
  • See below for links to a recorded webinar, plus our blog about the GLTAAC 2019 client results survey.

And, make sure to contact GLTAAC Project Manager, Scott Phillips. He’ll bring you up to speed on the TAAF program and how your manufacturers can qualify.  Just click below to set up a call with GLTAAC (or give Scott a call at 734.787.7509).
